55°C/131°F is the perfect temperature for keeping your hot dishes such as steak and fish warm on a dinner plate. At this temperature, the food will also keep its flavours and taste. Meat or fish will not get hotter than the cooking temperature.
Preheat your oven or heating cabinet at 90°C/194°F.
1) Put the dinner plate in your oven or heating cabinet for 70 minutes at 90°C/194°F.
2) The technology inside will capture the heat.
3) Take the plate out of the oven. The technology will slowly release its warmth and the dinner plate will stay warm for more than 30 minutes.
4°C/39°F is the ideal temperature for keeping your cold dishes such as carpaccio, tapas, sushi or even desserts fresh on a plate.
Put your dinner plate in a freezer for 70 minutes.
1) The technology inside will capture the cold.
2) Take your dinner plate out of the freezer. The technology will slowly release its cold and the dinner plate will stay cold for more than 30 minutes.
